Capture 1: A sexy chocolate feuiiletine. Probably one of my favourite plated desserts that my class and I worked on.
Capture 2: Key Lime Pie. Raspberry coulis on the bottom topped with chantilly cream, raspberries, gooseberry and chocolate designs.
Capture 3: Chocolate Mousse. Chantilly Cream and berries.
Capture 4: Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta. Orange Segements, chocolate crumble.
Capture 5: Chocolate Cake. Chocolate Glaze, chocolate crumble, berries.
Capture 6: My dessert project inspired from our field school trip to Paris and Brussels.
Pistachio pastry cream filled ecalir with rasperry chantilly cream topped with raspberries and pistachios.
